Scott became hooked on the business as soon as he began working summers in the warehouse in middle school. His first job was to sweep the warehouse floors once the trucks had left for the days’ routes. He came on full time with the company in 1980, after graduating from The University of Alabama. He enjoys the competitive spirit of the industry, the variety of customers that we serve and the camaraderie within the company. He is an avid fan of the Crimson Tide.
Todd joined Ajax Turner in 1987 and has held various positions inside the Company. As the Executive Vice President, Todd's responsibilities include: accounting, human resources, information systems, operations, facility, fleet and safety. Todd is a Graduate of Austin Peay State University with a degree in Business Administration.
Mike joined the team in 2015 after 28 years with Anheuser-Busch. He held many positions, including Director of Sales and Marketing in Louisville, KY, Senior Director of Oklahoma, and State Sales Director covering the states of Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia. Mike played baseball at Bellarmine College and graduated with a degree in Business Administration.
Stan Sliwinski joined Ajax Turner in 2019 after a distinguished 27 year career in the United States Army achieving the rank of Colonel and commanding a brigade in the 101st Airborne Division. Stan has global leadership, supply chain, human resources, and financial management experience, leading organizations from 120 to 10,000 employees.
Stan’s awards and decorations include the Distinguished Service Medal, two Legions of Merit, and three Bronze Stars. He has two combat tours to Afghanistan, one to Iraq, and a humanitarian assistance deployment to Zaire. Stan possesses a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Drake University, a Master of Arts Degree from the US Naval War College, and a Masters Degree from the US Army War College. He also holds a Project Management Professional certification and is a Demonstrated Master Logistician.
Ed has spent the majority of his professional career working in the areas of financial reporting and operations analysis. He has been a part of several teams that have implemented MIS integrated software systems for distribution companies. Ed joined Ajax Turner in 2011. He received his MBA from Belmont University in 2005.
Josh joined the team in 2019 and brings over 15 years of beverage alcohol experience. He has held several positions managing National Chains with Anheuser-Busch and Southern Wine and Spirits. Josh is a graduate of Indiana University Kelley School of Business and has a MBA from Indiana State University. Josh and his wife Courtney have 3 kids Landon, Blake and Mason.
Eric Gibbons, SPHR began work with Ajax Turner Company in 1999. Eric currently serves as the Human Resources Director. He is a graduate of the Tennessee Tech University College of Business and attained his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification in 2007. Eric has been privileged to serve as an Advisory Board Member for the Anheuser-Busch University training program for four years.
Kyle joined the team in 2003 and has held various positions throughout the company. His passion for the beer industry lead him to be our Director of Brands and Marketing. He continues to expand our palates as well as our portfolio. Kyle holds a BA in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University.
Donnie came on board with Ajax Turner in 1988 after a six year career with one of our largest off premise chain accounts. Donnie served in many different capacities before being named Off Premise Sales Manager in 1998.
Jeff joined the company in 1997 and brings 28 years of experience in the beverage industry, including both On and Off Premise. He has 15 years of experience with Sports & Music venues as well as outdoor festivals and events. He has been involved in many facets of the the company throughout his years which has led him to his current position as the On Premise Sales Director.
Justin joined Ajax Turner in 2010, and has experience in managing logistics, operations, and distribution facilities. Justin earned his degree from the University of Tennessee in Supply Chain Management and Operations Management. He began managing the night warehouse, and has overseen purchasing, inventory management, and all operations functions. Justin is currently responsible for managing all warehouse operations and facility maintenance.
Jeremy Bennett joined Ajax Turner in 2005 after serving in the U.S. Army for seven years. Jeremy has since worked on both the sales and service side of the business, most recently as an off premise area sales manager. Jeremy became the NA beverage manager in 2016
Nicole joined the team in 2007, after attending Belmont and MTSU where she graduated with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. She’s spent her entire professional career working for Ajax Turner and has held various positions ranging from the Contemporary Marketing Team, Customer Service, Sales Representative and her current position: Director of Hospitality. Nicole serves the company as a nonprofit liaison, manages our conference center, and organizes many of our internal events.
Brian joined Ajax Turner in 2009. He served four years in the United States Marine Corps and had eight years of law enforcement experience prior to joining the Company. Brian worked in both the Service and On-Premise Sales sides of the business before moving into his current role as Director of Safety. He holds a degree in Occupational Safety, a certification as a Licensed Safety Professional, and is certified through the State of Tennessee as a third-party Commercial Driver’s License examiner. Brian is responsible for compliance with Department of Transportation, Tennessee Occupational Health and Safety, Tennessee Drug Free Workplace, Tennessee Workers’ Compensation, Food and Drug Administration, Insurance, and continuously improving the safety culture at Ajax Turner.
Jason joined Ajax Turner in 2019, his beverage career started in 2011 after graduating college. He held several roles at Anheuser-Busch, his latest as Senior District Manager covering sales & marketing for East Tennessee. He works extensively with our Anheuser-Busch sales & marketing programs along with Sports & Music venue sponsorships. Jason holds a Finance degree from The University of Mississippi.
Calvin Webster came to Nashville by way of the Music Industry, graduating from Belmont University while touring full-time. While traveling in Europe he fell head-over-heels for wine, and knew immediately that he had found a worthy raison d’etre. While in Europe, he received his WSET II Certification and is currently a WSET Diploma candidate.
